Implementation of card remuneration system
Bank cards represent a convenient and safe method to transfer the salaries of the employees of your organization. Moldindconbank issues card with logotypes of international payment systems - MasterCard International and VISA International, thus serving card holders in the majority of countries of the world.
When implementing remuneration systems, we offer VISA Electron or Maestro/Cirrus to common employees and VISA Classic and VISA Gold prestige cards – to organization top management and administration.
For whom?
The implementation of card remuneration, in accordance with laws in force, is possible at any organization, paying salaries. This remuneration system is recommended by the Government of Moldova (Government Decision nr. 709 of 12.06.2003).
Advantages of implementation of remuneration project
Organization:
- Considerably reduces the tasks of accounting and cashier departments of Organization.
- Excludes cash for salaries and implicitly afferent costs and risks: transportation, dealing with banknotes, etc.;
- Insures the Employees security;
- Centralizes the salaries transfer to all organization branches;
- Can ask the overdraft, thus, when necessary, the employees can receive up to 3 salaries.
Employee:
- Does not spend additional money: the employee enjoys the following free services – card issuing, card account administration, withdrawal of cash from ATM and bank branches, payment for goods and services at any commercial point from Moldova;
- Can withdraw the cash 24/24, 7 days a week, in Moldova and abroad;
- Can pay without cash (paying for goods and services)
- Can receive the salary on his account, being outside enterprise (being on leave, trip, etc.);
- Can benefit of client support service in case he loses the card or the card is stolen (without additional expenses) 24/24, 7 days a week.
- Performs safe and confidential operations.
- Losing the card does not mean losing money.
How is the project implemented and served?
The Bank and the Organization sign the contract, regulating Organization’s procedures of cash transfer to employees’ card accounts, procedures of issuing cards for employees, etc.
Banc:
- Opens card accounts and issues afferent PIN Cards, on the basis of copies of identity cards of employees.
- Communicates to the Organization the number of each card account open at MICB for organization employees.
- Operatively, register on card accounts, all placements of salaries, made by Organization.
- Insures the processing of transactions by card, made by Employees of Organization.
Organization:
- Transmits to the bank the copies of identity cards of Employees, in order to open card accounts and issue cards;
- Transfer to the bank amounts for salaries;
- To detail the transfer, sends to the Bank a document containing all individual placements, in the form agreed with the Bank.
