Tax Free cheques – a real way to save money!

At the moment when you do shopping in foreign countries, you pay the cost including VAT. We propose you the most simple and efficient way to recover the VAT amount. You just have to:

  1. Do your shopping in stores with Tax-Free Shopping logo of the Global Refund Company. At your request the seller will issue for you a Global Refund check. To fulfil the check it is necessary to present the passport, since the passport number and the name will be on the check. The cash check has to be attached to the Global Refund check. Usually, in the big trade centres there are located special offices for check withdrawal.
  2. At the exit of the country were you did shopping, or of the European Union, present the Global Refund check, the passport and the goods to the custom officer for stamp.
  3. Receive your money at the Tax/Cash Refund office right at the border (contact the custom officer for information) or at the "Moldindconbank" S.A. office - the exclusive agent of the Global Refund company in Republic Moldova.

Attention, the recovered amount doesn’t depend on the payment place: either the Tax/Cash Refund offices on the border or the "Moldindconbank" S.A. office you will receive the same amount.
