Current account is a bank account created as a bank deposit, without fixing the any period of storage. Current accounts are opened in Moldovan lei and foreign currency. Current account is a tool that helps you to save money and make payments, bank receipts or transfers.

  1. To open a current account for individuals, residents or non-residents, who do not practice enterprise activity or other type of work, it is necessary to presents the following documents:
    1. request for opening the account;
    2. a copy of the identity card of the account holder.
    3. questionnaire for the individual.
  2. To open a current account for individuals, residents or non-residents, who do not practice enterprise activity or other type of work, by a person empowered, it is necessary to presents the following documents:
    1. request for opening the account, perfected by empowered person;
    2. a copy of the identity card of the account holder, legalized at the Notary (at the first presentation at the bank, the account holder, for identification, shall present the original identity card).
    3. copy of the identity card of empowered person, in the right of presenting documents for opening an account.
    4. the act, authenticated by the Notary or the copy of the act, authenticated by the Notary, confirming the powers of the person to present documents for opening an account.
    5. Questionnaire for the individual.
