(drawee) to pay a sum of money in favour
of a juridical person or an individual (payee).
Involved parties:
1.DRAWER
– the party ordering payment by cheque
2.DRAWEE
– the bank in which the drawer has an account or which is nominated
to effect the payment by cheque.
3.PAYEE
– the juridical person or individual indicated by the drawer in the
cheque as a beneficiary.

individuals. Cashing of commercial cheques is realized within a
specified period of time, depending on cashing terms of
correspondent banks.

commercial and non-commercial payments.
Issuing and collection of commercial cheques are effected according
to Regulations on foreign exchange regulation on the territory of
