Ordinary Access Credit Card

Loan on demand. During the entire period of validity of revolving credit line, the debtor can receive cash without perfecting the document package for getting a loan.

The loan can be disbursed and reimbursed many times during crediting period (revolving). In case the debtor has cash, he can reimburse the loan, thus minimizing interest costs.

Destination – current needs

Loan amount– from 5 000 lei to 30 000 lei

Term – 30 months

Period of grace - 30 days. 0% interest is applied on amounts debited from card account and reimbursed during period of grace. Outside period of grace, the interest rate is floating – 21 % annualy for individuals with no credit history in JSCB "Moldindconbank" SA and 19% annualy for individuals with a good credit history in JSCB "Moldindconbank" SA. In order to calculate credit daily interest, the product of total of credit and interest rate is divided by 365 days of the year (or 366 for the leap year). The Bank is in the right to modify unilaterally the interest amount, depending on increasing rate on deposits in Moldovan lei of individuals and it is calculated up to the date of integral repayment of the credit debt, but can not overrun the dead line of card use.

Other payments non-included in the interest rare:

  • Commission for card use – 2% of each amount debited from the card amount;
  • Penalty - 0,1% of un-receipted amount, for each day of delay, in case of non payment on term monthly charge for credit.

The minimal obligatory monthly reimbursement is of 5% of the loan balance at the date of calculation.

Insurance – no guarantee.

  • Compulsory suretyship of wife/husband (in case the applicant is married).
  • Additional (but not compulsory), there will be required the suretyship of third person, who does not share a common household with the applicant, work in a different place, from the applicant for credit.

Documents to be presented at receipt:

  • Credit line request-questionnaire (presented by the applicant);
  • Identity card (original + copy);
  • Certificate on monthly net salary, covering the last 12 months;
  • Copy of the work book (new+ old), initialed by the authorized person and stamped;
  • Two receipts of payment for utilities: the pay phone bill and invoice for payment of maintenance block (if the owner lives in a flat), or bill for natural gas (if the owner lives in private house).

Eligibility criteria for applicant and/or fidejussor

  • To be a citizen of the Republic of Moldova and have permanent resident visa for the Republic of Moldova.
  • To be aged between minimum 20 (men and women) and maximum 62 – men and 57 - women, the maximum age to reimburse the credit.
  • To have a permanent job, a present job history of minimum 12 months.

Reimbursement capacity is determined on the basis of monthly income of applicant and/or fidejussor, if necessary.
