How to open a saving account?
Moldindconbank opens saving accounts in Moldavian lei and in foreign currency.
In order to open a saving account, individuals shall present the following documents:
The depositor shall present the following documents:
- Depositor act of identity in original and the copy of this;
- Sum of money which You would like to deposit.
The authorized person shall present the following documents:
- Authorized person act of identity in original and copy of this;
- Notarial authenticated copy of the depositor act of identity;
- Power of attorney in original or its notarial authenticated copy;
- Sum of money which You would like to deposit.
In case of minors, persons who are limited in/without legal capacity, the saving account opening shall be performed by parents of tutor (curator) with the following documents:
- Act of identity of the person who presents the depositor acts in original and copies of these;
- Depositor certificate of birth who is minor, or notarial authenticated copy of the depositor act of identity;
- The act of tutor and curator authority – in case when the depositor is represented by a tutor (curator);
- Copy of the judicial decisions according to which the person had been declared limited in /without legal capacity and that he/she needs the institution of a tutor (curator) – in case when the depositor is represented by a tutor (curator);
- Sum of money which You would like to deposit.
