General rules for application drawing up

  1. The application shall be submitted to the bank branch personally by the applicant;
  2. Applications filling in shall be performed accurately, with Latin capital letters, without correction;
  3. The applicant shall indicate in the application his identification data;
  4. The applicant shall present an act of identity:
    1. For citizens of the Republic of Moldova as acts of identity may be considered the following documents:
      • Identity card;
      • Passport issued by ex-USSR with IDNO code;
      • Passport issued by ex-USSR, with the inscription “valid for unlimited term”, or inscription with a similar meaning;
      • Temporary act of identity Form 9.
    2. For foreign citizens:
      • Passport issued in the country of origin;
      • Residence permit;
      • Identity card for stateless persons;
      • Identity card for refugee;
      • Residence permit for stateless persons.
