Secondary card – for Authorized User

Application of card issue – the form shall be filled in by the account owner and the person who follows to become authorized user. At application submission it is necessary to present the acts of identity in original of the account owner as well as of the authorized user.

Application of annulment of the secondary card – if there is no necessity to finance the authorized user, the account owner may solicit the annulment of the secondary card even without the notice of the authorized user. The application shall be filled in by the account owner. At the application submission, the account owner shall present an act of identity.

Application of limit establishment to the secondary card – offers to account owner the possibility to limit the expenditures of the authorized user for determined periods of time (monthly/weekly). The limit may be established without the notice of the authorized user. At the application submission, the account owner shall present an act of identity.

Annulment of limit to the secondary card – if there is no more necessity to limit the financing of the authorized user, there is available the annulment of the limit previously established. The application shall be filled in by the account owner. At application submission, the account owner shall present an act of identity.
