Reclamation regarding the rendered services

Reclamation regarding the rendered services – shall be filled in for settlement of different situations as:

  • The ATM did not issue the sum solicited by the customer (partially or totally);
  • During card account replenishment the account details were wrong;
  • The customer solicited cash issue at ATM, but forgot to take the money;
  • The ATM held up the card;
  • Operations with the card without the card owner permission were performed;
  • Other situations …

At application filling in, the customer shall describe the created situation, his/her complaint, and contact data for ulterior notice regarding the result of the reclamation settlement.

Before the reclamation filling in, it is recommended to call Support Service +373 /22/ 57-68-24, in order to try to solve the problem.
