\"Moldindconbank\" S.A. este una din bancile de prim rang, parte componenta a sistemului financiar-bancar din Moldova, care la 25 octombrie 2001 si-a sarbatorit jubileul de 10 ani intr-o noua calitate. Banca are doua zile de nastere 1 iulie 1959 si 25 octombrie 1991. Prima data tine de infiintarea si inceperea activitatii filialei moldovenesti a \"Stroibank\"-ului din URSS, care finanta investitiile capitale si care a fost reorganizata ulterior in Banca Republicana Moldoveneasca a \"Promstroibank\"-ului din URSS. Cea de-a doua data tine de transformarea acestei institutii financiare, dupa destramarea URSS, intr-o banca comerciala pe actiuni pentru industrie si constructii BC \"Moldindconbank\" S.A.

In prezent Banca este o institute financiara universala, care are 32 de filiale si reprezentante pe intreg teritoriul tarii, detinand licenta de tip \"C\". Aceasta ii ofera posibilitatea de a presta persoanelor fizice si juridice toate tipurile de servicii bancare moderne, folosind cel mai avansat sistem bancar automatizat, RS-Bank, care permite a tine evidenta si a efectua operatii in regimul timpului real, folosind cele mai noi tehnologii.

Concomitent, in acesti ani au fost implementate noi tipuri si forme de servicii prestate clientilor, cum ar fi, sistemul de transferuri banesti rapide \"Western Union\", cecurile de caIatorie si cardurile \"American Express\", sistemul \"Client-BancS\", noi forme de creditare si tipuri de depozite, care asigura dezvoltarea continua a principalelor directii ale businessului bancar.

In aprilie 2000 BC \"Moldindconbank\" S.A. a devenit unul din membrii fondatori ai Companiei de Procesare \"MoldMediaCard\", iar in octombrie 2000 al Europay, fapt care a permis, in august anului 2001, sa emita si sa deserveasca propriile carduri internationale de plata ale sistemul Mastercard/Eurocard.

Banca intretine relatii corespondende cu peste 70 banci din Europa, America si Asia. Pe parcursul ultimilor ani au fost valorificate cu succes mijloacele destinate finantarii operatiunilor comerciale din contul liniilorde creditare ale Citibank N .A. si CommerzbankA.G.

On October 25^th, 2001 it celebrates its tenth anniversary in a different capacity. The bank celebrates two birthdays July 1^st, 1959 and October 25^th, 1991.
